1.1 Account Information

When you sign up for Qliam, we collect your name, email address, and company information to create your account and provide our services.

1.2 Google User Data (OAuth)

Our application uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you choose to sign in with Google, we access your:

  • Email Address: To uniquely identify your account.
  • Basic Profile Info (Name & Profile Picture): To personalize your dashboard experience.

Restricted Use Disclosure: Qliam does not share, sell, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties for advertising or other external purposes. This data is used solely for authentication and account creation within our platform.

2. How We Process Data (Data Processor Role)

Qliam acts as a Data Processor for the operational data you manage within our platform. This includes:

  • Subscriber lists and contact details you upload.
  • Campaign content and email templates.
  • Contact form submissions processed through our API.

You (the Customer) retain ownership of this data and act as the Data Controller. We process this data strictly in accordance with your instructions and for the purpose of delivering emails and providing analytics.

3. Email Tracking & Analytics

To provide you with campaign performance metrics, our emails may contain:

  • Tracking Pixels: Tiny, invisible images that allow us to report when an email is opened.
  • Trackable Links: Links that redirect through our servers to track click-through rates.

This data is aggregated and presented in your dashboard to help you understand user engagement. You are responsible for informing your subscribers about this tracking in your own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, your personal information and associated operational data will be removed from our active databases, subject to technical backups and legal retention obligations.
